Camping Le Vieux Port

The Le Vieux Port campsite is a large, lively family campsite on the Atlantic coast in the pine forest of Les Landes, close to the Pyrenees and the Spanish border. It is a 5-star campsite with an aqua park of 7000m2 with as many as seven swimming pools and a fun entertainment programme for young and old. Very large pool complex: almost 7000 m²! 

A campsite with an aqua park is a dream for many children, and a stay at the Le Vieux Port campsite will make this dream come true. With almost 7000 m² of water fun and no less than 1400 m² water surface, the pool complex at Le Vieux Port campsite is even one of the largest themed aqua parks among French campsites. In total there are seven different swimming pools, one of which is covered and heated. There are also two outdoor pools, one wave pool, two spas and two heated children's pools. Children can have fun on the two long slides for children from 10 years old and a slide for children from 3 years old. In between swimming you can relax on the sun loungers around the pool which you can use for free. In 2022 the swimming pool is partly renewed and a wave simulator with surf machine is installed. A surfing machine is unique in a French campsite and the real daredevils will love it.

To the beach

Not only is there a large aqua park on the campsite, but you can also walk straight onto the wide sandy beach from the campsite's own beach entrance. Enjoy in the sea and on the beach. The high waves are also perfect for water sports enthusiasts. Right next to the campsite you can rent the necessary surfing and canoeing equipment. 

From wellness to entertainment 

The Le Vieux Port campsite has all the facilities you need during your holiday. Dine out in the restaurant, have a drink in the bar or relax in the wellness centre. And there is also a lot to do in terms of activities. Les Landes lends itself very well to discovery by bike or horse, bicycles can be hired at the campsite. There is also no lack of entertainment. There is a great entertainment programme with varied activities for young and old. In July and August there is entertainment throughout the day and evening. There are dance evenings, various shows and cabaret shows in the evening.
